DISCLAIMER ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Order, Cancellation & Verification Policy
All custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made under any circumstances.
Please ensure all specifications, fitment details, finishes, and order information are correct before finalizing your purchase, as Wheel Designers cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges on any custom-built items.
If you are unsure or do not fully understand whether your order is considered custom-made, you must call our office to verify before placing an online order.
Orders placed online without prior verification that are later requested to be canceled will not be canceled, as all custom orders are built to order.
All online orders must be verified by phone before processing. Orders will not begin production or shipment until verification is completed.
For ready-to-ship wheels, once a tracking number has been issued (typically within 2–3 hours), the order cannot be canceled.
If a cancellation request is made before tracking is created and the order qualifies for cancellation, the customer is responsible for all payment processing fees associated with the payment method used:

3% fee for credit or debit card payments

9.9% fee for financing payments (Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, etc.)
These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
