DISCLAIMER ON CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order, as Wheel Designers cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges on any custom-built items.

All online orders must be verified by phone before processing. Orders will not begin production or shipment until verification is completed.

If your wheels are ready to ship and a tracking number has been issued within 2–3 hours, the order cannot be canceled.

If you request a cancellation before tracking is created and the order qualifies for cancellation, you are responsible for the payment processing fees associated with your payment method:

• 3% fee for credit or debit card payments

• 9.9% fee for financing payments (Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, etc.)

These fees will be deducted from your refund total.
