  • You will provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate specifications and details for custom wheel orders. Wheel Designers LLC is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate customer information.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made at the time of order. Remaining balances, if applicable, must be paid before shipment.
  • Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims: Chargebacks made without valid cause or fraudulently claimed as unauthorized will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. Customers may be charged additional legal fees, investigation costs, and penalties as determined by local, state, or federal courts.

4. Custom Products

  • Non-Refundable: Custom-designed wheels and products are non-refundable. Modifications to custom orders may incur additional charges.
  • Production Time: Estimated production times are provided at the time of order and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Approval Process: Customers must review and approve final design specifications before production begins. Approval signifies acceptance of all details as final.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including taxes, duties, and other fees associated with delivery.
  • Damages in Transit: Any damages occurring during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims filed after this period may not be honored.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations.

6. Warranty

  • Coverage: Wheel Designers LLC provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by road hazards.
  • Claims: Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and materials provided by Wheel Designers LLC are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wheel Designers LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Fitment issues due to inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.
  • Any damages exceeding the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
  • Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, Orange County.

10. Changes to Terms

Wheel Designers LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
