REFUND, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Refund, Exchange & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. At Wheel Designers, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. A 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied to all returns. A 20% restocking fee will also apply, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All returned items must be in original, unused condition, including the original box, packaging materials, and hardware.
Mounted Wheels Policy
Items that have been mounted with tires are considered used and will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.
Once a tire has been mounted on any wheel—even for test fitting—the wheel is no longer eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Damage or Imperfection Claims
If you receive a wheel that appears damaged, defective, or has any cosmetic or manufacturing imperfection, you must contact Wheel Designers immediately upon delivery and before mounting tires.
Once a tire has been mounted, Wheel Designers and the wheel manufacturer are no longer responsible for any damage, defects, or imperfections, and no claims will be accepted.
Specialty & Custom Orders
Specialty orders including custom-finished wheels, custom-machined wheels, multi-piece wheels, custom forged wheels, or any product marked with a no-refund disclosure on the invoice—are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
