Your satisfaction is our top priority. At Wheel Designers we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. A 3% Credit Card transaction fee will be applied on all returns. Also a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items and customer is responsible for all shipping fees. 

All items must be in original condition, with original box, packaging material and hardware. 

Items that have been mounted with tires are considered used and will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. 

Specialty orders like custom finished wheels, custom machined wheels, multi piece wheels, custom forged wheels or any product that has a no refund disclosure below your invoice will not be accepted for return or exchange.
