Please inspect all packages upon receipt for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. Any claims for damaged goods must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Wheel Designers cannot process claims for shipping damages after this period.
Additionally, please verify that all necessary hardware, including lug nuts or lug bolts, is included before heading to a tire or installation shop. Wheel Designers is not responsible for missing hardware or damages resulting from failure to check your order upon receipt.
We will not ship any missing hardware via next-day air. Please double-check everything on your end to avoid delays and issues.
